Q: How do I use the crystal essences?

Crystal essences can be placed directly onto the physical body. They can be dropped onto the body from a height that helps the energetic body as well, or they can be taken under the tongue.

There are no "shoulds" with these essences or "must dos". They are to be used with the innate wisdom of the user who always knows by tapping into that source what is best suited for their own body at any point in time.

Q: How often should I take a crystal essence?

How many times per day, is also another instance of using your own wisdom to determine. My feeling is that you take, or use the essence when you see it in passing. If you forget it for a few days, then you haven't needed it at that point in time.

Q: What are crystal essences?

A: Crystal essences are made from distilling the vibration of a crystal. A crystal is a piece of living matter. Because of this, (like you and me), it holds a special vibration, or living essence.

When we place a crystal in a jar of purified water and then in the sun for several days, the vibration becomes part of the water as well. After this time has elapsed, the crystal essence (holding only the vibration of the crystal) is bottled into appropriate bottles with a small amount of alcohol to preserve it. Depending on the crystal used, the bottled essence is then used to treat various emotions or problems within either our energy field or our bodies.

Q: How effective are crystal essences?

Having used Crystal Essences now for a number of years, I know that our bodies respond rapidly and effectively to the use of essences.

How do I know this?

Because I can actually feel with my hands the change occur in the person's energy field. Or when I use crystal essences in massage, I can feel the release of the muscles in the appropriate area.

The more sensitive clients are also aware of these changes themselves. I encourage all my clients to become aware of their bodies and to become more sensitive to the changes which occur in us all the time. It is part of the road to full consciousness.

Q: How often do I need to come?

A: It's always the client's own decision as to when to come for the next treatment. You, the client, live in your body and as such are best able to judge when your physical body needs another treatment. The time between treatments often varies even for the same person. By me not locking you into another appointment you are encouraged to be flexible in meeting your own body's needs.

Q: Are you able to help me relieve pain in specific areas of my body, for example, neck and shoulder pain or back pain?

A: Yes. My extensive training and clinical experience with clients over the years has resulted in my understanding the connections between a person's energy system and the different parts of their body. My treatments are always a total body treatment but they are not customized as in 'one size fits all'. I can treat any part of the body without doing it by rote. In some instances, clients find it most effective to have different aspects of their energy system treated on different occasions where the focus and intent change but not the total body treatment.

Q: If I order the Crystal Essences, how soon will they arrive?

A: Usually within the week if you live in Australia. Sometimes sooner.
